- Feb 14th – Mar 2: Gertrude Hawk Fundraiser — our Gertrude Hawk Fundraiser packets are coming home this week. Please check your child’s backpack for all fundraiser information.
- Feb 24th: Healthy Heart Dance, 6:30 – 8:30 pm — Come join all your favorite gym teachers, Mr. Kitchin, Mr. Cirino, Mrs. Ostrowski as they lead us in our favorite dances. Cost is $1 per person or $3 per family. Proceeds will be donated to the Adamsville School PE Department. Pre-registration is not required, admission will be taken at the door. Please see the attached form for all information - in English / en Español.
- Feb 24th: Yearbook Sale Orders Due! — The 2011-2012 Adamsville yearbook is now on sale. All yearbook and dedication orders are due by Friday, February 24th. Please see the attached form for all the details. Don’t delay — purchase your copy today!! Order form in English / Formulario de pedido en Español
- Feb 29th: Chuck E. Cheese night — Leap Day only comes once every four years, so come and join us as we honor this very special day with fun and games at Chuck E. Cheese from 3pm – 9pm on Wednesday, February 29th. Hope to see you there!
PTO Newsletter – Please review the attached PTO Newsletter for information about upcoming PTO and school events.
Box Tops, Shop Once, Give Twice Promotion – Register your ShopRite Price Plus card, purchase 5 participating products during the designated time frame and 5 bonus box tops will be added to Adamsville’s earnings. And $.55 will be donated to the ShopRite Partners in Caring Fund. Please see the attached flier with all the promotion details.
Labels For Education – Did you know that you can help earn 50 bonus points for Adamsville on Facebook? All you have to do is sign into Facebook, search for the Labels for Education page and “like” them, when it asks for a zip code enter: 08807, type: Adamsville as the school name, then select find my school. Thank you for your support!
Box Tops – Our first Individual Box Top Contest is officially over! We would like to thank everyone who submitted a sheet or more – the participation was awesome!! The winners will be announced within the next week or two. Even though the contest is over, keep sending in your box tops for the 3/1/12 submission deadline. Don’t forget to register online at www.btfe.com to see what new products include box tops, to print coupons, and to enter daily drawings to win bonus box tops for Adamsville.
PTO Student Directory — Our Adamsville PTO Student Directory should be delivered the first week of February. Thank you all for your patience as we worked through some different issues and delays this year. To everyone who joined the PTO, please check your child’s backpack in the coming weeks for your copy.
Yearbook — Do you have any pictures of PTO events? If so, please email them to Wendy O’Hara at wsohara@hotmail.com. Please make a note of the event, grades, classrooms and children included in the pictures you send. Not all pictures received can be used when putting the yearbook together, but we will do our best!Please look on our web site (www.adamsvillepto.com), read the PTO Newsletter, read the e-blast every Tuesday or look on the front sign outside the school to find out what is going on at Adamsville and be involved in your child’s Education.
